Mark Pawsey MP sends objection letter

Dear Sir,
RE: Planning Application Number R10/2303. Land at Cestersover Farm, Lutterworth Road, Churchover, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV23 0QP
I am writing to you in order to express my concerns, and those of my constituents, and to support their objections in respect of the planning application submitted to Rugby Borough council for the development of a wind farm compromising 9 wind turbines as well as additional, related, amenities.
Whilst I recognise the country’s need to develop renewable energy sources I believe that methods to achieve this must consider fully the effects they have on local residents.
In respect of application R10/2203 I am concerned that, because of the proximity of the turbines to individual residences, should the development be allowed to take place, there will be significant visual and noise impacts on the local area which will significantly affect the quality of life for local residents.
Please note that I am quite content for this letter to be read aloud if required.
Yours Sincerely,
Mark Pawsey MP
