Churchover Windfarm Proposals
Warwickshire's heritage beauty spot of the Upper Swift Valley between the historical conservation village of Churchover and Cotesbach, was first subject to a proposal for an industrial windfarm by SSE back in the Summer of 2010. This application was subequently unanimously rejected by Rugby Borough Council in 2011 and the option to appeal lapsed in 2012.
Now, in 2013 we are again the victim of a new proposal by another developer, the huge McAlpine Group/RES.
